Urethane Simple Thickness Gauge

Two types of product lineup! Quick and easy measurement of film thickness for urethane waterproofing materials, etc.

We would like to introduce the "Urethane Simple Thickness Gauge" that we handle. The "Harry Pen" is a simple type thickness measuring pen for urethane waterproofing materials, allowing you to check the thickness by pressing the needle and reading the measurement scale. The "Harry Digital" quickly measures the thickness of urethane waterproofing materials. Its digital display makes it suitable for photography. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Harry Pen - Total Length (MM): 140 - Measurement Range (MM): 0–7 ■ Harry Digital - Total Length (MM): 110 - Measurement Range (MM): 0–10 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Simple Film Thickness Gauge "PosiTest DFT"

Adopting ruby tips with excellent wear resistance! Measuring the thickness of the non-magnetic coating on iron and steel substrates.

The "PosiTest DFT" is a magnetic induction and eddy current coating thickness gauge that complies with JIS/ISO standards. The probe tip is repeatedly pressed against the substrate or coating, causing it to rub and wear. This friction can lead to a degradation in accuracy, which is why we have adopted a ruby tip that excels in hardness and wear resistance. We offer two types: Type F for ferrous substrates and a combo type for all metal substrates. 【Features】 ■ Complies with JIS K5600 New 1-7 Measurement Method 7C (ISO 2178) ■ Measurement targets: Non-magnetic coatings on iron and steel substrates ■ Equipped with a ruby tip ■ Magnetic induction method ■ Easy operation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
